Shado is a fictional archer published by DC Comics. She first appeared in Green Arrow: The Longbow Hunters # 1 (August 1987), and was created by Mike Grell. Shado is notable for being an antagonist and a love interest in the Green Arrow in DC comics, and distinguishes himself from other recurring characters in being his rapist and the mother of his son. The character was subsequently revised after DC's 2011 reboot, imagining her as a former lover of Green Arrow's father, and the mother of her half sister, Emiko.
