Fan Casting The Penguin in DCU Multiverse

Jonah Hill is out after not want the Penguin role but wanting the Riddler role instead, but im hear to give a different but real take on this role. How about a Heath Ledger inspired take on the role. the actor ive chose as distinctly always been in light hearted movies as the good kid. this lets him take his acting career in a different direction as in recent years is what career trajectory has been heading towards.
