After the events of Justice League 3, Cyborg goes public, turning him into an inspirational figure among disabled and marginalized communities, and a potential asset to the government, who at Amanda Waller's urging, want to use him for US cybersecurity defense and attacks. At the same time, he is still saddened at the death of his father and had managed to create a AI of his father to aid him in his heroics. However, the Source energy from the Motherbox that created him is now beginning to give that AI sentience and is slowly trying to take absolute control of his body...
