Fan Casting Rising Sun in DCCU Full Cast

Izumi Yasunari was a founding member of Japan's superhero team Big Action Science and is believed to be Japan's most powerful metahuman. Able to harness the power of the sun, Rising Sun now leads a new team called Big Monster Action, inheriting the duty of Ultimon, who once protected Japan from the kaiju that threatened it during the "Monster Wars." Big Monster Action is now capturing and domesticating these creatures.
