Fan Casting Kid Flash II in DCCU Full Cast

Wallace West was a mistake in so many ways. One of the biggest mistakes was that they tried to make him Wally West (who is by far the superior character and the best member of the Flash Family). This is a character I created that accomplishes the same general goal of the writers but with none of the boneheaded problems that come with it. Rather than change a pre-existing character (like a creatively bankrupt idiot), I just made a new character. Backstory in the comments below.
