Description of Bart Allen/Impulse:
Bart Allen was born in the 30th century to Don Allen, son of Barry Allen. He was raised largely in a virtual reality construct. One day, he was transported to the 21st century, where he took up the name Impulse and began operating as the sidekick of Wally West.
