What If?
Goyer's take on the property, tonally inspired by Sam Raimi's Spider-Man films, was to star Ryan Reynolds as Wally West, who takes up the titular mantle years after the death of his superheroic uncle, Barry Allen, and must face off against the villainous Turtle and even a fellow speedster known as Zoom.
