Description of Rex Randolph (Edifice Rex):
While a contract construction worker for Damage Control, Rex Randolph found an mysterious artifact while cleaning up the destruction from a super hero battle that destroyed a warehouse in Manhattan. The artifact granted him cosmic powers and he flew off into the cosmos saying his destiny "lies elsewhere."
