The main antagonist of the first two seasons, Ben Tanner is a terrorist who operates under the code-name The Ghost. Tanner is responsible for multiple car bombings and attacks over the course of seasons one and two that leave hundreds dead. The Ghost proves to be a dangerous and deadly adversary for the CIA's Counter-Terrorism Unit as he is constantly one step ahead of the team, leading them on the ultimate manhunt and using his intelligence and vast array of weaponry to slow them down.
