They both learn to be better men… together. Relationships with others: • With Miguel: He sees him as Miyagi-Do's "perfect child," and feels jealousy and discomfort. But he also recognizes in him someone who, like him, suffered alone. Their rivalry is deep and personal. • With Samantha: They are emotionally attracted to each other, but their story is marked by tension and conflicting loyalties. Sam represents what Robby never had: a functional family. Objective: Becoming the All Valley Under-18 Champion isn't just a trophy for him: it's a way to prove that he's not like his father was, but like his father wants to be.
