It has been over a year since the Transformers have arrived on Earth, and used car salesman and former scientist Adam DeCobray finds a mysterious silver statue that has lying down on the ground for over fifty years, with claims by the U.S government saying that it is the leader of the Decepticons, Megatron. But, after the government finds out that he is planning on reformatting MARS into the newly founded COBRA organisation, they will try everything in their power to arrest DeCobray and his associates.
