Dr. Ishiro Serizawa and Emma Russell arrive in New York City two weeks after the attack. The whole city is in ruins but it can still be rebuilt. Serizawa sees an object in the rubble. He digs it up and grabs it. The object turns out to be none other than Rob's camcorder. He thinks the footage might have some answers as to what happened and he takes it.
