Depduties from each state that weren't on the mark with each crime scene are in a load of hurt... the Notorious prisoned killer dies from cancer but then when a team of detectives investigates an abandoned 'Doom Town', they become trapped among sinister mannequins and deadly traps. As they search for a way out, they're picked off one by one, forced to confront the dark secrets of the town's past. Will anyone survive the Clockwave Shock?
