Tyrone and Tandy were two unconnected teenage runaways in New York City. Tyrone had a debilitating stutter and ran away from Boston after he couldn't prevent a friend from being shot by police, while Tandy was a privileged girl who fled her neglectful, wealthy mother. And they're test subject for a drug that gave them powers now they are looking for man who is responsible for doing these terrible things to those kids who don't have a home.
