When a meteor crashes one fateful day, turning the people of Mudville into clay, as they all transformed into a new breed of heroes, called the ClayFighters, but, that is not all to the story, as Dr. Kiln released the meteor's goo yet again, and set more evil ClayFighters onto Claymodo Isle, as a former assistant of Dr. Kiln's called Jay Doh'n finds out his true colors and sets out to find the all of the heroic ClayFighters before Dr. Kiln and his allies create more evil ClayFighters to rule the world!
