After the events of Ultron Era, Thunderbolt is demanding heroes to sign new accords made to keep superheroes under government supervision due to the damage and fatalities. Captain America is against them while Iron Man is for them. Captain America who recently came out of retirement due to the exile of the Hulk, is announced as a fugitive along with any hero that stands with him. Iron Man creates a team to stop Cap’s and they clash. Spider-Man switches to Cap after realizing Tony’s wrong. Captain America’s team comes out on top, as Hulk lands on Earth attacking the Illuminati and whoever stands in his way. Captain Marvel stops Skaar with the help Betty Ross who stops Hulk.
