Francisco Pasacè is an artist living in France during Nazi control. Francisco who is actually a American spy befriends Nazi Propagandist Joseph Goebbels and begins designing propaganda posters for the Nazis, however what the Nazis don’t know is that Pasacè is sending secret messages through these posters to the Americans about the Nazi army’s whereabouts and other important information.
