A Villainous Terrorist named DeathStroke is in Star City. Now with the help of John Diggle, his Sister Thea, his new Ally Roy Harper, and Dinah now known as Black Canary. Green Arrow and his team must stop him. But DeathStroke is more cunning and more thoughtful than Arrow and practically destroys the city, kills Dinah and his Mother Moira. And Causes a rift between Oliver and his best friend Tommy Oliver, that Tommy gets revenge and becomes Meryln.
