A wildly erratic, perpetually drunk, and belligerent scientist. He operates in a clunky, tentacled robot suit and is prone to philosophical rants and destructive tantrums about "poetry." He appears randomly, causes absurd havoc, and then disappears, serving as a chaotic, unpredictable mini-boss who is more nuisance than direct threat to Shinji.
