A member of the Babylon Rogues. What he lacks in brains and sharp-wits, he makes up for in raw strength. He's easily Jet's most loyal follower, and happily follows his orders without question. However, his clumsiness makes him an embarrassment to himself and his teammates. Storm's short temper also puts him at odds with his team. Despite this, Storm, like his fellow teammates, is an excellent Extreme Gear rider.
