In a charming town of Friendlysville, a clumsy therapist, Dr. James Harvey moves into a historical and luxurious mansion with her kind-hearted and lonely daughter, Kat. Until one night, Casper meets the Harveys along with his ghostly trio and form a ghostly friendship and turned it into a fun house. When all hell breaks loose, a selfish and mischievous therapist, Carrigan Crettiden and her gawky companion, Dibs intends a mischievous plot to destroy Casper and the ghostly trio and put James and Kat in danger.
