With the help of Falcon (Joaquin Torres), Bucky Barnes, and allies old and new including Agent Bernie Rosenthal, Sam faces mercenaries like Crossbones and Batroc the Leaper, as well as a shadowy conspiracy led by corrupt politician Senator Graydon Creed.
