Samuel Sterns, now the villain Leader, will have She-Hulk's blood, which would help him to create a "hulk-drug", capable of turning anyone into a Hulk. Sharon Carter, the Power Broker, following orders from her boss, Thunderbolt Ross, will get this drug and turn him into the Red Hulk. The Thunderbolts will get involved in the war of Hulks and get the public's trust.
