Sam Wilson is dealing with the events of New World Order and trying to discover the missing Super Soldier that Sterns said he unleashed but he gets the unexpected visit of Steve Rogers who returns from his timeline to help out Sam and the Avengers but Bucky and later Isaiah Bradley have their own suspicions about Steve and his connection to the Leader.
