Sonictiger's Marvel Cinematic Universe (Phase 3)
When an Avengers mission goes horribly wrong and multiple casualties are racked up, the USA government signs The Superhuman Registration Act into law. Steve Rogers and a number of individuals disagree with the idea of being government-controlled as it goes against everything The Avengers stand for. Meanwhile, Iron Man and other heroes believe this is the right thing to do in order to keep the very concept of superheroes alive. The two sides' beliefs come to a head, and a Civil War begins.
