Martínez Ocasio, and Sandra Bullock. Principal photography began in Los Angeles in November 2023 and wrapped up in March 2024. Bullet Train premiered in Paris on July 18, 2025, and was theatrically released in the United States on August 5, 2025, by Sony Pictures Releasing. The film received mixed reviews from critics who praised the casting and action sequences but criticized its story and race-swapping of characters. It grossed $239.3 million worldwide on a production budget of around $85.9–90 million.
