When fame hungry time traveler Booster Gold accidentally lands in the present, he ropes in brilliant inventor Ted Kord, the Blue Beetle, to help clean up his mess. But their uneasy partnership is tested when the diabolical Mister Mind emerges from the shadows, assembling a group of villains called the Time Stealers to rewrite history. Among his recruits is Black Beetle - a future, alternate version of Jaime Reyes, who allies with Mister Mind in the hope of saving his sister. As the Time Stealers manipulate eras and unravel the timeline, Booster and Ted must rise from partners to true heroes, using brains, heart, and unlikely teamwork to protect the past, present, and future, and prove that even the most mismatched duo can outsmart destiny.
