Bailey makes a huge adjustment in his life when he leaves Florida to move to Colorado and coach a high school ice hockey team. Just like any other old man, he is grumpy and reluctant but him knowing little to nothing about hockey makes it hard for him to coach this team and get along with them. And although he'll never admit it, eventually the team does soften him up and bring out a better side of him.
