DCU Chapter 3
While Jaime is a freshman at university, Doctor Polaris is on the trail of a device that could cause scientific disaster. Polaris' goal is to control the Earth's electromagnetic field to create a "new order." However, the parts of the device are hidden in prototypes formerly developed by Ted Kord. Jaime must become a true hero while being caught between his family and his own life.
