Failing to defeat Black Panther the first time, Ulyses Klaw, still driven by the need to avenge his grandfather's death, will stop at nothing to take down Black Panther once and for all. This time Klaw is more formidable than ever and wields the power of a powerful bionic arm, which unleashes a sonic force. To defeat him, Black Panther will turn to his imprisoned brother Killmonger, the former king of Wakanda, to forge an unlikely alliance.
