Taking place just after “The Batman 3” Black Canary and Green Arrow Share a common goal to take down Count Vertigo who has been playing with their minds and tricking them both into doing things. As they go on their mission a romance blossoms, a romance that Green Arrows stalker Cupid is not happy about, can the power couple fend off any danger that comes their way?
