Synopsis

Halloween is just hours away and a mystery. Pumpkins and pies are disappearing all over Spookville. Twitch the witch is having a Halloween party, but her archrival, Switch, has other ideas. With help from her friends, Mr. Spooks the ghost, Count Fangs-a-lot the vampire, Cleopatra the mummy, Flapper the bat, and Sherlock Flame the dragon detective, Twitch may be able to solve the mystery and save Halloween for everybody in Spookville.

Description of Mr. Spooks:

Mr. Spook's job is to teach the children at Spookville Elementary everything they need to know. He is also a good friend of Twitch the Witch and will do anything to help her, whether it's harvesting a big pumpkin or trying to stop Switch from being up to no good. This ghost is a very dependable fellow, even if he's not alive.
