Synopsis

Halloween is just hours away and a mystery. Pumpkins and pies are disappearing all over Spookville. Twitch the witch is having a Halloween party, but her archrival, Switch, has other ideas. With help from her friends, Mr. Spooks the ghost, Count Fangs-a-lot the vampire, Cleopatra the mummy, Flapper the bat, and Sherlock Flame the dragon detective, Twitch may be able to solve the mystery and save Halloween for everybody in Spookville.

Description of Flapper:

Flapper may be a little bat, but he is a big help to anyone in Spookville. Even though he may not be big and he may not be strong, he sure is clever. At first, he thinks about joining other bats in doing what bats to best, but then he decides to help Twitch and her friends with Halloween, especially where Switch being up to no good is involved. So this little, smart winged creature plays a really big role in Halloween.
