Helena Urquiza / Ana, a young singer and composer and Bia's older sister who was thought to have died in a car accident. Due to this, Bia gave up on singing in order to keep alive the strong bond she had with her sister. She teaches Bia and Manuel to play piano using her Ana identity. In season 2, Helena saves Bia from a lake and the two share an emotional reunion.
