Devin Levin exists as Kevin’s father, but it turns out that Devin is actually Aggregor, who originally came to Earth and joined the Plumbers to produce a child that he could use to help him find Zvezda, the Forge of Creation. Aggregor took on the name Devin and married Kevin’s mother. However, Devin didn’t get to know his son much because he vanished on a mission to Osmos 5 and was declared missing in action. Despite being a megalomaniac with delusions of grandeur and an insatiable thirst for ultimate power, a tiny part of Aggregor genuinely enjoyed being a family man, even if it was part of an act.
