Phase 2 of my Revamped dc Universe
Dr. Jonathan Crane is a man obsessed with fear. He becomes the Scarecrow after developing a toxin which could induce fear in anyone. Batman and Robin must stop him before he releases the toxin all throughout Gotham, but the dynamic duo start to seperate.
