Halloween is coming close in Gotham City as Bruce Wayne (Mel Gibson) is hosting a Halloween party until there have been reports of children going missing, only to find them being brutally murdered. James Gordon (Nick Nolte) and his family are currently being stalked by this psychopathic child killer that leaves dead rabbits with notes stuck into them.
