Superman after stopping Zod's reign of terror becomes a controversial figure around the world. Batman, trying to cope with the loss of his fallen sidekick sets out to investigate Superman and what he is capable of. An epic duel begins when billionaire mongrel Lex Luthor devises a plan to have Superman and Batman battle to the death, framing them both as dangerous threats to the world!
