James Gordon is on his side assisting him with a current case that deals with the current holiday. Meanwhile, Harvey Dent is paying debts he had made with Oswald Cobblepot last season. Also, renowned geneticist and psychiatrist Prof. Hugo Strange works at Arkham Asylum with his protege, Dr. Jonathan Crane, in learning how people experience fear.
