In his seventh year as Batman in Gotham, Bruce Wayne realizes he's going to need both his irresponsible, billionaire playboy side and the "Dark Knight" side, even more so when someone calling himself "The Man Who Laughs" appears in Gotham to frighten and cause chaos throughout the city.
