Bruce Wayne, like all Bruce Waynes, lost his parents when he was 8, trained under Ra's Al Ghul, and then became the Batman. Overtime he adopted two orphan boys, Dick Grayson, and Jason Todd. Jason was the second Robin after Dick left Bruce, but then he was captured, beat with a crobar and blew up in a warehouse with his mother. Bruce had sworn off all sidekicks, that was until a kid named Tim Drake came and told Bruce that he knew who he was.
