The Film opens with a battle with Batman and Robin against The Joker. However, Joker gets away on his helicopter, but just when he least expects it, the helicopter engine stops and Joker crash lands into the Gotham City Zoo’s old Polar Bear Habitat, which hadn’t been used since 1989. Yes folks it appears Joker is dead. But even after death, the Clown Prince of Crime’s imprint can be seen in more than just the pavement. Remnants from The Joker’s gang are leading wannabes fascinated by his bizarre mystique on a campaign of arson that threatens the city—even as it serves greedy opportunists, including millionaire Max Shreck. But there is also another threat among it all, Karlo Babic, who was effected by Joker’s last plot, is aided by Max Shreck and is given a substance that allows Karlo to change his appearance
