The Riddler Plants a Bomb in Wayne Tower (before Batman retires) after figuring out Batman is Bruce Wayne. He detonates it killing, Spoiler, and Bluebird. Batman goes after Riddler Nearly Killing him but he doesn’t, because of his moral code he instead leaves him for cops. After Batman Retires, Wayne Tower is Being Rebuilt. Riddler is now in a wheelchair because Batman Broke his legs after he bombed Wayne Tower. Eventually Red Hood Shoots him in the head.
