Bruce Wayne was the vigilante known as Batman for years and had faced many foes. Batman investigated the company GothCorp realising there was corruption from the CEO Ferris Boyle. Victor Fries looked to save his wife Nora and he became Me Freeze to get revenge on Boyle and steal a cure for Nora while she was in stasis.
