Between black and white, there is a shadow
One year after the Joker's attack, Gotham City is in chaos. The power vacuum left by Carmine Falcone, Black Mask and Sal Marone puts Rupert Thorne in power, while the Anarchy gang emerges, inspired by the Joker's psychotic ideas. Batman, Havey Dent and Commissioner Gordon must work together again to put an end to the chaos, but when Harvey is assassinated, things get complicated. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne takes in young Dick Grayson as his ward after Thorne and his gang kill Grayson's parents.
