An older, more refined Batman must face new threats to Gotham City, whilst also battling his crumbling sanity as Bruce Wayne. The Dark Knight must come face to face with the Great White Shark, the Idiot, and the mysterious Jane throughout the Batman: Dark continuity, whilst also bumping head with old foes including the Riddler, Calendar Man, and the Scarecrow.
