Film 3: DCU
Batman and Robin(Jason Todd) investigate a series of murders where each victim had been tortured horribly and their faces blackened by a chemical substance. The perpetuator of this crime, Roman Sionis has plans to take over the Gotham underworld and bring forth the 'masks' of the upper class society, that he knows all too well.
