Years after Terry McGinnis took up the mantle of Batman & was trained by Bruce Wayne, Blight comes back from the dead to wreak havoc on Gotham City and attempts to crush everything Terry cares about once he finds out he is Batman by forming an alliance or team of supervillains. Meanwhile, a Terry McGinnis in his 30’s has to come to terms with Bruce Wayne and reconcile with him after realizing he is his biological son and try to put an end to Blight’s diabolical evil schemes in destroying the city with his help, and the help from old members form the bay family and new members that become part of the bat family. After Terry defeats Blight and his henchmen of other supervillains and thugs with the help of Bruce Wayne, and old Bat-family members like Damian Wayne, Dick Grayson, Tim Drake, Jason Todd, Barbara Gordon, Kate Kane, and new members that join the bat family, Terry promises to make a commitment to Dana Tan and makes plans to propose to her with an engagement ring the day after.
