Another of Terry's colleagues, Melanie formerly carried out crimes under the criminal name Ten, being the daughter of the Royal Flush gang leaders. Despite this, her eventual despondency over this, in conjunction with the day she met Terry (which she eventually confronted), made her decide to redeem herself by cutting all ties with her family. Walker even admitted feelings for Terry, but his relationship with Dana made the two remain good friends. She has an important role when Terry decides to talk to her to ask for advice at the restaurant where Walker works, Deckard's Kitchen.
