Trapped in Arkham asylum batman is tested by the villian Hugo strange who wishes to mentally break the dark Knight with the help of scarecrow. Meanwhile the Arkham inmates plan a mass breakout although the Joker has an agenda of his own which forces the dark Knight into a fragile alliance with the Gotham city sirens. Phase three of the DC cinematic universe.
